The External Relations Department or External Relations directorate is the external affairs branch of the GRU Division ''P''. It operates in a much more behind the scenes effect compared to the 20th Special Purpose Brigade. The purpose of ERD is to cultivate and manage relations between GRU-P's affiliates, handling all things external. This is a much more laidback department and aims to recruit those who are proficient with administration and communication skills in order to develop new relations and spread GRU-P's influence elsewhere.
